Last night’s episode of House had House being actually nice. Everyone found this suspicious and even accused him of being on heroin. Wilson thought that Cuddy had had sex with House and even asked her if she slept with him. This week’s case was about a teen aged boy who collapsed after his basketball game due to severe pelvic pain. The boy was born with both male and female parts, and the parents decided to make him a male and named him Jackson. The parents asked House to do a MRI for a blind uterus and Thirteen struggled with not telling the boy about the fact that he was born a male and female. The boy was eventually told, but was mad at his parents. At a bar, House divulged to Wilson that he is taking methadone after he had stopped breathing a few hours before. The nicer House is not as good at his job as the mean House because the MRI is what made the boy sick. He had only been dehydrated.

Tuesday, I watched the holiday episode of the hospital drama, House. House started out by leaving out a gift that was supposedly from a secret admirer but was really a gift that Wilson had given him last year for Christmas. A  sixteen year old girl had blurry vision and passed out and vomited at her Christmas concert. Cuddy took a liking to the girl. She had been teased for being over weight. Janice, a woman in the Huntington’s trial dropped out due to nausea. Thirteen talked to Foreman and accused him of being just like House. House tried to be nice and took an extra shift at the clinic. He found a woman who had what appeared to be a virgin pregnancy. House and Cuddy finally found out that the girl had eclampsia. She had been pregnant and had given birth to a baby girl. She thought that the baby had died because she had stopped breathing. She abandoned the baby and covered her in a coat. Cuddy went to go look for the little girl’s dead body and was stunned to find out that a homeless couple ahd found the girl and cared for her. Cudd took the baby back to the hospital. Sadly, the sixteen year old only had a few days to live. Cuddy ended up with the baby because the parents did not want their grand child. Foreman and Thirteen ended up passionately kissing each other. It was a good episode.

Last night I watched the new episode of House. The  Cuddy/ House romance thing is becoming pretty stupid. I mean she wanted his office.They go back and forth with each other. I just think that if they did get together that it would need to be near the end of the series. House does things to aggravate Cuddy but he does love her. He destroyed her bathroom so she would have to spend more time in his office. Wilson said it best, just ask her out it would be less expensive for the hospital. One of House’s team members started a web site in House’s name which helps to diagnose patients. However, one of the patients a female, came to the hospital looking for Doctor House. This presented a huge problem because they now had to hide the woman in the ER to avoid House finding out about it.The patient this week was a woman who was into fitness but had many secrets like the fact that she used gastric bypass to get thinner. House had a rough time treating her but in the end chocolate cake was her cure. She was not getting enough fat and sugar in her diet. She did not want to undo her gastric bypass surgery because she would become fat again. House scared his team members when he had an actress in the morgue scare them. House had known about the web site and had hired the waitress. At the end, Cuddy saw House with the girl after she was touched by his gift of her medical school desk.

Last night’s House Episode involved a hostage situation. The episode started with Foreman trying to convince Thirteen to join a medical trial because she has Huntington’s disease. She said no. As usual, Dr. House is snooping through Dr. Cuddy’s desk and office. Then, an emergency room patient named Jason pulled a gun on everyone and holds them hostage in Dr. Cuddy’s office, this includes Doctor House and Thirteen. Jason wants Doctor House to diagnose him because other doctors have not been able to.House tries a test and thinks that Jason has pulmonary sclerdoma. Cuddy is supposed to bring up medication to treat Jason, but Jason ends up shooting someone in the leg. Then,  the SWAT team shows up at the hospital. Doctor House speaks to his team and Cameron to help get ideas about what Jason has. Chase refuses to help. Jason pointed a gun at Thirteen and threatened to kill her. Jason then needs blood and an injection, Thirteen volunteered to take Capsasin. Jason tells Thirteen that he thinks she wants to die. He took the syringe and injected himself in the arm. Then, the SWAT team came in and arrested Jason. After that, House took care of Thirteen. She had to be on dialysis because her kidneys were shutting down. At the end, Dr. Cuddy found House’s prank, he had turned her desk drawer upside down. It was a pretty good episode, what did you think?

House is one of my favorite dramas on television. I love Doctor Gregory House. He is such a complex character. This season on House I think they are trying to make the good doctor even more human. He likes Cuddy, his father died, he has dealt with change. I like how in the relationship with Wilson, House is always the troublemaker and Wilson is always along for the ride. Even though Amber passed away at the end of last season because of House essentially, the two still have managed to mend their fences and re-establish their relationship. I hope that they better develop a possible romantic relationship between Dr. Lisa Cuddy and House. There must be a reason why the producers do not actually want Cuddy to have the baby she desperately wants. I hope they make House have a baby with Cuddy, that would be so cute. They would be a great couple. What does the rest of the season have in store? I don’t know but I am intrigued.

I love the show House. It is a great show that mixes actual medical knowledge with a little bit of drama. I like how complex Doctor Gregory House is. He is in constant pain because of a stroke that was in his leg and left him with a very disabled leg. He walks with a cane but does not act like an old man. He deep down does care about his patients even though he acts like he does not care about them at all. I like his relationship with Doctor Lisa Cuddy who is his boss. She is like his mom but she does admire him and really does care about what happens to him. Doctor James Wilson and House have a great relationship they have been best friends for years. Even though House is constantly getting into trouble, Wilson still is friends with him because deep down he knows that House is a good guy and is a very talented doctor. Chase and Cameron have been in the background this season. I would like to see more of them. What do you think of the drama House? Do you like it? If you do why do you like it?
