Slacker Uprising

I watched Slacker Uprising. It is a film that was made by Michael Moore. It documented his sixty two city tour during the presidential election of 2004. If you will remember in that election John Kerry lost by about one hundred thousand votes, and lost because he did not win Ohio. The swift boat ads really did Kerry in. He should have fought back and maybe he would have won the presidency in 2004. Michael Moore visited many college campuses across the country. Many Republicans wanted this stop and even field lawsuits trying to ban Michael Moore from speaking at these events on college campuses. He was also joined by Roseanne Barr, Viggo Mortensen, REM, Steve Hill, Iraq Veterans and families, and many more people who were for Kerry. Kerry won the twenty five and younger age group during that presidential election.I thought that the movie showed how passionate Michael Moore is about helping the poor and middle class. His movie was free to the public, which is very rare. I thought that the movie was interesting even though we knew that Bush would end up being re-elected over John Kerry. Have you seen this documentary? If you did, did you like it?
