Last night,I could not sleep so I watched the Food Network. I do not know why because it always makes me hungry. They were doing battle chocolate. These two chefs are Iron Chefs so I was kind of stunned as to why they were battling each other.This was sort of a holiday challenge I suppose. I have seen the show before. My favorite iron chef is Mario Batali. I would like to see him battle Top Chef Judge Tom Colicchio. Cat Cora always seems on edge and stressed out. She barely finished plating her dishes. She kind of seemed angry. Michael Symon is a pretty easy going guy. I had seen him before on Dinner Impossible. He is a very talented and capable chef. He did very creative dishes. The theme was chocolate and he used the secret ingredient in really cool and innovative ways. He was quite personable on the show. Alton Brown is very interesting also. In the end, the judges including Patti LaBelle loved Michael Symon’s dishes and he won by seven points over Cat Cora.
