The Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade

Published by mcnally1 at 1:17 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Yesterday was Thanksgiving and I watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade with my toddler. It is the first time that he had ever seen the parade. I had not seen the parade in a few years. It used to be a family tradition to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade but being a parent I am usually very busy on Thanksgiving so I cannot watch the parade. I love to see my toddler son’s eyes light up when he sees the floats go by on television. He loves to point at the television when his favorite character floats go by. It is really a cute thing to watch. I love seeing my toddler see things that I like for the first time. Children love theĀ  Macy’s Thanksgiving parade so much. I wish that we could attend but it is so cold outside in New York City. I prefer to just watch it at home with my son. I hope someday that my son does the exact same thing with his kids. Do you watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade?
